Capture the active tier and caps
Record the loyalty tier, daily and monthly ceilings, method-specific maximum and reset timezone shown in the account. Save the screen and date because a public review may lag an account change.
Use the lowest applicable ceiling for the schedule. A high method limit does not override a lower account or tier cap.
- Active loyalty tier
- Daily and monthly caps
- Method ceiling
Build the installment calendar
Divide the eligible cash balance by the current limit and place requests on business dates. Add KYC review, operator processing and payment-rail delivery as separate blocks.
Do not split payouts to evade a rule. Ask the cashier or support how balances above the ceiling are meant to leave and save the answer.
- Eligible balance
- Planned requests
- Expected completion range
Reconcile tier changes
If the tier changes while a request is open, ask which limit version applies and when the change became effective. Do not cancel an existing payout until the effect is confirmed.
Track every installment by request ID and receiving-account credit so the monthly ledger remains complete.
Questions players ask
Do PowerUp limits vary by loyalty tier?
Current reviews report tier-based monthly limits; verify the active account value.
Which limit controls?
Use the lowest applicable account, period and method ceiling.
Should I split requests automatically?
Follow the signed-in cashier or written support process rather than trying to bypass a cap.
